From the Galley: Stories and Recipes from American Mariners – available May 22, 2022

I have always loved to cook, and eat. A few years ago I thought about collecting recipes from my fellow alumni as a way to get to know each other better. That idea has grown to include mariners from around the country contributing not just a recipe, but their stories. 2 years and 20 pounds of test cooking later, the stories have been written, and recipes enjoyed. I know have a publisher, but self-publishing costs money to get the project off of the ground. With some help from my friends and a reward from yours truly I can finally fulfill this dream.

After the book is published a portion of the proceeds will go to charity
