Twenty-nine years ago, Jean Mae’s mother disappeared. Now he’s determined to find out why.
With little more than an old photograph and fading childhood memories, Franco-Korean mystery writer Jean Mae leaves Korea in search of the mother he barely remembers. His journey takes him to Paris, where a long-hidden diary and a cryptic message point him toward the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany—and a mysterious place called The Yellow House.
But the closer Jean comes to the truth, the more complicated the past becomes. Amid unexpected friendships, romance, and a family guarding secrets of its own, he begins to realize that finding his mother may also mean discovering who he truly is.
Set against the beauty of France and Tuscany, The Yellow House is a captivating story of family secrets, identity, love, and the ties that can stretch across decades without ever truly breaking.
