In 12 Steps to Sacred, Gabriel Garnica is beautifully transforming our struggles, our suffering and interpreting it as our need for God, since in His mercy, he longs to be with us and desires for us to know just how much.  Gabriel has laid the groundwork for us to see God’s eternal plan for us to become saints and enter the realm that seems so far away, but truly is attainable.  This world can easily interpret rejection as a personal attack, but here we see it as a kiss from heaven, having within it all sweetness, why?  Because we enter, as Gabriel explains, the mystery of suffering with Christ himself, and that changes everything!   I felt the strength of Gabriel’s personal experience shining brightly in the dark night, when surprises come into our lives.  This gave me so much hope to participate with the Lord instead of crumbling in fear of the unknown.  The path to our warrior stance is the unshakable Word of God, where we find the strength to get up, grab His hand and continue the journey towards Sainthood.
