“Side Street” by JK Larkin

“An anthem, somewhat of a celebration of identity. Of all the verbs, present participles that, when connected, tell a story.

A story of love.

Of loss.

Of fear.

Of hope.

I wrote each of these poems because actions speak louder than words.
But also because I love irony, and writing, and waking up tomorrow.

Be honest,
kind,
present,
and never forget how completely enough you are.”
